摘　　要： 表达序列标签(EST)是一种快速有效揭示基因组容量的方法。综述了EST测定时cDNA文库的类型、载体的选择、文库质量的鉴定及处理方法。 The expressed sequence tags (ESTs) was described as a rapid and efficient method to reveal the information content of genomes. And the types of cDNA library, the selection of vector, the monitoring of library quality and the controlling methods on EST sequencing were reviewed.
