摘 要: 楔形自扫描光电二极管列阵(CSSPA)是一个直接用于接收中心对称谱分布的二维空间光能量传感器.当照度为0~0.51X·S时,其特性对颗粒测量准确度有较大的影响,为此组建了基于M公司虚拟仪器平台的测试装置,用双斜率分段法实现了CSSPA的特性测试.为改进传感器特性提出增加小环面积,降低小环斜率、提高大环斜率等建议. The Cuneal Self Scanning Photodiode Array (CSSPA) is a 2-D spatial light energy sensor directly used for receiving central symmetric spectral distribution. When luminous density is 0~0.5 lx.s, its properties will have a large influence on particle measuring accuracy. For this reason a testing unit based on NI Labview virtual instrument platform is constructed and properties measurement of CSSPA is carried out with dual-slope subsection. The suggestions such as increasing small ring area, lowering slope of small ring and increasing slope of large ring are proposed for improving sensor properties.
