茂金属催化剂载体的应用研究——Ⅱ.间规选择性茂金属催化剂的负载化

摘  要: 以Grace 955硅胶为载体,对自制的间规选择性茂金属Ph_2C(Cp)(Flu)ZrCl_2·Et_2O·LiCl三元加合物催化剂的负载化进行了研究。确定了负载化工艺条件并制得流动性好的类球型负载型茂金属催化剂。研究发现,负载过程中,甲基铝氧烷(MAO)均匀地负载在载体的表面,而茂金属活性中心则难以负载均匀,并存在以茂金属催化剂为主要成分的颗粒。聚合结果表明,该催化剂不仅保持了均相茂金属催化剂高活性和高间规选择性的优点,降低了MAO的用量,还可显著改善间规聚丙烯的形态、提高其堆密度,同时,有利于消除聚合过程的粘釜现象。 The supporting process of the prepared syndiotacticity metallocene adduct, Ph2C (Cp)(Flu)ZrCl2 · Et2O · LiCl, on Grace 955 silica was studied. Based on the technological process and support condition, the supported spherical metallocene catalyst with fine mobility was prepared. By ex-perimental it was found out that the absorbed methylaluminoxane on the surface of silica was homogeneous, however, the active sites of the metallocene were hardly to be evenly supported, and the particles containing metallocene catalyst as main component were existed. The polymerization result showed that the said catalyst not only maintaining the advantages of the high activity of homogeneous metallocene catalyst and high syndiotacticity, but also decreased the methylaluminoxane dose; and improved the form and increased the bulk density of the syndiotactic polypropylene. Meanwhile, fouling on the reactor was less.
