摘　　要： 概述了石化企业生产与输油作业计划 /调度系统的设计方案。简要地介绍了系统功能构成及其动态调整设计。实验室模拟运行效果良好 。 Design of the production and transportation planning and dispatching system at a refinery is presented. This paper introduces the function modules, some dispatching rules and the design of dynamic adjustment. The result of simulation in lab is satisfied.
