摘 要: 研究了煤矿用刮板运输机热轧 1 6Mn钢中部槽磨损表面层磨损形貌特征、显微组织和硬度分布。试验结果表明 ,中部槽存在磨料磨损、疲劳磨损、粘着磨损和腐蚀磨损等综合磨损 ,1 6Mn钢不能满足中部槽耐磨性要求。改用 4 0Mn2冷轧板中部槽后 ,耐磨性显著提高 。 The wearing surface layer morphology characteristics, structure and hardness distribution of hot rolled steel 16Mn middle trough of scraper conveyor for coal mine were studied. The test results showed that the comprehensive wear abrasion of middle trough included abrasive wear, fatigue wear, adhesive wear and corrosion wear, and the steel 16Mn couldn't meet the requirement of middle trough wear resistance. As replaced steel 16Mn by steel 40Mn2, the wear resistance of middle trough increased obviously to meet the requirement of wear resistance for that part.
