摘 要: 应用灰色系统理论关联度分析方法 ,对影响白砂糖灰分的 5个因素进行了研究 ,得到了诸因素对白砂糖灰分的关联序。 Five factors possibly influencing the ash of white granulated sugar produced by sulphitation process were studied, and the relational order of factors was obtained by the relational grade analysis of gray system. The results coincide with practicality of production.
