摘　　要： 在赛前武术训练过程中 ,根据大学生运动员的特点和体育心理学原理 ,科学地运用心理训练方法 ,结合技术训练改善训练质量、提高武术表现能力是非常有效的。 during the process of Wushu training before competition,in accordance with the characteristics and psychological pcinciples of physical culture of the college students,the author obtained successful results in Training the Wushu players and improving their performance ability,The present paper is a useful probe into the problem mentioned above.\;
