摘　　要： 目的采用溴代十六烷基吡啶 (CPB)法从海带中分离提取一种硫酸酯多糖———岩藻 半乳聚糖硫酸酯(FGS)。方法通过正交试验分析工艺过程中加水量、浸提时间、浸提温度以及CPB含量对提取率的影响。结果CPB法提取FGS的最佳条件为 :加水量与湿海带重量之比为 5∶1,浸提时间 5h ,浸提温度 10 0℃ ,CPB含量为 0 .3 %。结论采用CPB法分离提取FGS ,以干海带折算提取率可达 4‰。 PurposeTo extract Fucoidan-Galactosan Sulfa te (FGS),a kind of sulfated polysaccharides from Laminaria japonica Aresch. with CPB(Cetylpyridinium bromide).MethodsIn the exper iment, four factors of the extraction process namely water volume, extracting t ime, temperature and content of CPB were considered.ResultsIt was shown that the optimum condition of the ex tracting process was water volume v/w 5∶1 ,extracting time 5 h,temperature 100℃ and CPB 0.3%.ConclusionThe extraction rate of FGS could reach to 4‰ while CPB was used.
