摘　　要： 以介绍英国、美国和德国的体育指导员制度为基础,提出了完善我国社会体育指导员制度的对策:一是建立相应的社会体育组织参与体育指导员的管理;二是丰富体育指导员的类别结构;三是推动社会体育组织尤其是体育俱乐部的发展,为体育指导员提供服务场所;四是促使业余与职业社会体育指导员协调发展。 Based on the introduction of the sports instructor system in Britain, America and Germany, the present study has put forward some countermeasures for perfecting the social sports instructor system: one is to set up relevant social sports organs to participate in the management of social sports instructors; another is to enrich the structure of classifications of sports instructors; the third is to push forward the development of social sports organs, especially sports clubs and offer sports instructors service places; and the fourth is to promote the coordinative development of the amateur and professional social sports instructors.
