摘 要: 采用微波加热法,以氯乙酸与正丁醇为主要原料,丝光沸石为催化剂,合成氯乙酸正丁酯.考察微波功率、微波辐射时间、催化剂用量、带水剂用量等因素对反应的影响,得出合成氯乙酸正丁酯的较适宜的反应条件.在相同或相似的工艺条件下,采用微波加热法的反应速度是传统加热法的6~8倍,而产率相当. n-Butyl chloroacetate is synthesized from chloroacetic acid and nbutyl alcohol with NaMordenite as catalyst under the irradiation of microwave. It is investigated that the effects such as microwave power (P), irradiation time (t), the amounts of catalyst and watercarrying agent on the synthesis of chloroacetate. The favourable conditions of synthesizing chloroacetate are obtained. Compared with sulfuric acid as catalyst, chloroacetate is obtained in much shorter periods of time.
