摘　　要： 教师专业化涉及到国家教育体制的重大改革,目前教师专业化推行的关键在于我国师范院校的教学改革上。本文主要从学科教育、现代教育技术和教育实习三个方面探讨了师范院校教学改革对教师专业化发展的促进作用。 The specialization of teachers involves the system reform of national education. Up to the present moment, the key to the specialization hinges on the reform of education in normal universities. The author makes an analysis of the acceleration of such a reform to the specialization from curriculum education, modern technology of education and teaching practice.
