摘　　要： 综述了几种现代分离技术在挥发油提取中的应用现状,并和传统提取方法作了简要对比。主要介绍了酶法、破碎法和超临界流体萃取、微胶囊-双水相萃取,并展望了挥发油提取新技术的发展前景。 Reviewed traditional and modern extraction methods for volatile oil from Chinese herbs.Brief comparison of different methods were invcstigated.Especially four new methods were emphasized.The tendency to more effective ex- traction methods were also discussed.
