摘 要: 研究了Te(IV)对Spirulinaplatensis和Spirulinamaxima两种螺旋藻的生物效应.结果表明,Te(IV)质量浓度在0 01~2mg/mL范围内对钝顶螺旋藻的生长有促进作用,且1mg/mL的Te(IV)促进作用最大,在此浓度范围内Te(IV)对极大螺旋藻生长影响则不明显;Te(IV)质量浓度大于32mg/mL时对两种螺旋藻均有抑制作用,其对钝顶和极大螺旋藻的半数有效质量浓度(96hEC50)分别为36 1mg/L和87 9mg/L.显微观察结果表明,当ρ[Te(IV)]≥100mg/L时,两种螺旋藻均出现严重的断裂和变形. A standard algal bioassay method was applied to evaluate the biological effect of Te (IV) on two species of Spirulina, Spirulina platensis(S.platensis) and Spirulina maxima(S.maxima). It was found that the growth of Spirulina platensis was stimulated at lower concentration of Te (IV) , and the strongest stimulative concentration of Te(IV) was 1 mg/L. Nevertheless, the stimulative effect of Te (IV) to Spirulina maxima was not found. The growth of the two species of Spirulina was inhibited at higher concentration of Te(IV), and the 96 h EC_(50) values of Te(IV)to Spirulina platensis and Spirulina maxima were 36.1 mg/L and 87.9 mg/L, respectively. The toxic effects of Te (IV) on the two species of Spirulina were also observed by microscope. The results showed that the two species of Spirulina broke and metamorphosed heavily when the concentration of Te (IV) was no less than 100 mg/L.
