摘　　要： 由冲击性功率负荷引起的电压波动与闪变是电能质量问题的重要方面之一。论述了电压波动和闪变的常用检测方法 ,比较分析了几种改善电压波动和闪变补偿装置的性能特点 ,为电力系统电压波动与闪变的监测及抑制提供参考。 Voltage fluctuation and flicker, caused by fast-speed varying load, is one of the most important aspects of power quality. In this paper, the methods of detecting voltage flicker are proposed in detail, and the performances of some common device used to suppress the voltage fluctuation are analyzed comparatively. All the study is helpful for the supervision and control of voltage fluctuation and flicker.
