新闻纸厂过程用水DCS的物化特性与化学控制

摘  要: 探讨了以DIP、TMP和GP为原浆的新闻纸厂过程用水中溶解物和胶体物(DCS)的物化特性,并对阳离子型絮凝剂和阴离子垃圾捕集剂去除DCS的适应性和效率进行了评价。结果表明,浆水的COD_(Cr)、CD值和电导率主要是由溶解物(DS)贡献的,而Zeta电位和浊度是由胶体物(CS)引起的,但DCS含量与上述大部分指标并无明显相关性。絮凝剂和捕集剂对DCS均有一定的去除作用。但用于去除不同浆水中的DCS时,其适应性和最佳用量存在差异。其中絮凝剂FO4190在用量10mg/L时,气浮池进口水中DCS去除率可达15%,尺寸在2.5μm以上的粒子为主要去除对象。 The physico-chemical characteristics of DCS in the process water of newsprint mill using DIP, TMP and GP were investigated. The results showed that CODCr, cationic demand and conductivity of the process water were mainly caused by the dissolved substance, Zeta potential and turbidity were attributed to the colloidal substance, but most of properties mentioned above except conductivity had no evident relation to DCS contents due to the different DCS origins. Some flocculants and anionic trash catcher were proved to be effective in DCS removal. They showed different adaptability and were required optimal dosage when they were used to remove DCS from DIP, TMP and GP. After adding a flocculants with a commercial named F04190 at the charge of 10mg/L, the DCS in the feed water of the dissolved air flotation (DAF) system was reduced by 15%. Those particles with size above 2.5μm were almost eliminated, resulting in the significant drop of turbidity.
