混合办公废纸酶法脱墨过程纤维特性的变化

摘  要: 对不同条件下混合办公废纸纤维素酶脱墨浆的纤维长度、细小纤维含量、纤维长度的分布情况以及纤维素聚合度进行测定,利用X射线衍射分析手段讨论酶脱墨过程纤维超微结构变化。本实验认为,用单纯的纤维素内切酶脱墨几乎不会导致纤维平均长度下降,而内切酶与外切酶的协同作用会使纤维长度有较大降低;纤维素酶对纤维素聚合度影响很小。X射线衍射分析显示,内切酶作用于纤维内部无定形区,切断纤维素链,但不能分解结晶纤维素;外切酶单独存在时,破坏结晶的降解力也不强,只有当内切酶与外切酶共存时,才对纤维素链产生强烈破坏。 The fiber length, fines content, fiber length distribution and polymerization degree of cellulose of the enzymatic deinked pulps of MOW under various deinking conditions were studied. Meanwhile, the ultrastructure of fibers during enzymatic deinking was studied by means of X-ray diffraction technique. Results showed that the average length of the fiber could not be reduced by endoglucanases treatment alone. However, the synergetic effect of the endoglucanases and cellobiohydrolases could greatly reduce fiber length. Cellulases only have small effect on the change of polymerization degree of cellulose. This study also indicated that endoglucanases could attack cellulose amorphous portion, and break down the cellulose chains but could not decompose crystalline cellulose. The cellulose chains were intensely destroyed only when the endoglucanases and cellobiohydrylases were in synergetic existence.
