摘 要: 采用癸酸乙酯与己醇的酯交换作为模型反应,研究了两种固定化脂肪酶在异丙醚溶液和无溶剂体系中的催化行为。考察了水活度(水含量)、反应时间、搅拌以及底物摩尔比等因素对酯交换反应的影响,并对无溶剂体系固定化脂肪酶催化反应的机制进行了初步探讨。结果表明,在无溶剂体系中,固定化脂肪酶的活力显著提高,反应转化率达到90%以上。 Using transesterification of ethyl decanoate with hexanol as model,the transesterification catalyzed by two immobilized_lipase in diisopropyl ether and solvent_free system was studied. Effects of water activity or amount of added water, reaction time and stirring on the transesterifi cation were investigated, and the mechanism catalyzed by immobilized lipase in solvent_free systems was explained. The results showed that the activity of immobilized lipase in solvent_free system increased remarkably, the yield higher than 90% was achieved.
