摘 要: 提出一种在端到端传输时延容限和时延抖动容限内,利用RTP协议通过RTCP报告提供的网络当前状态信息来自适应的改变接收缓冲区的大小从而提高终端视频流播放质量的方法在接收终端加一段动态缓冲器,找到补偿性减小网络传输时延和平滑时延抖动之间的优化,解决实时通信与平滑播放之间的矛盾。最后,给出了动态缓冲器方法,通过计算机仿真得出实验结果。 A new approach,presented in this paper, can self adaptively change the vol ume of th e buffer according to the current network information from the RTCP reports in t he scope of transmission delay and delay jitter, and can improve the quality o f the video playing back.It is obtained by attaching a dymanic buffer in the sin k before the video playing back and finding out the optimization between the reduction o f the end_to_end transmission delay and the smoothness of the delay jitter. At l ast, the simulation results of the new approach are introduced.
