摘 要: 为了分析振动铸造充型过程中的流动状态,采用两相流模型和动网格技术实现了振动铸造充型过程液体流动的数值模拟。通过Fluent平台的UDF函数编写正弦简谐振动函数导入到计算中,并结合VOF模型,获得振动铸造充型过程中两相流动的物理场数据。设计了一套简易试验装置,进行水力充型试验,结果与数值模拟结果吻合。给出了振动铸造与传统铸造充型过程物理量的对比结果,表明振动工况有利于充型流动。 In order to observe the flow condition of the vibration casting process,the two-phase flow model and the dynamic mesh were coupled to simulate the fluid flow in the vibration casting process.In Fluent software,sine harmonic vibration function was writed into the calculation by the UDF function,combined with the VOF model,and the physical field data of two-phase flow were presented under vibration casting process.A simple experimental device was designed for conducting hydraulic filling experiment,and the experimental results are consistent with the simulated ones,confirming the feasibility of the numerical simulation.The comparison results between the vibration casting and traditional casting process were described,which indicated that the vibration conditions were beneficial to filling.
