摘 要: 通过盆栽实验的方法,研究了施加石膏的同时,两株无机解磷细菌(I-B-13和I-B-14)、两株放线菌(I-A-5和I-A-12)对碱化土壤微生物、酶活性、理化性质及鸡毛菜(Brassica chinensis var.chinensis)生长的影响。结果表明:与对照组(加石膏不加菌液)土壤相比,实验组土壤微生物数量、酶活性、渗透系数、总孔隙度、pH和有效磷含量均有显著变化;与原始土壤相比,处理组土壤酶活性、有机质含量、渗透系数和总孔隙度有明显增加,pH、交换性Na+含量和碱化度均有显著下降。此外,添加无机解磷微生物菌剂能促进实验组鸡毛菜的叶绿素含量、株高和叶片数增加,有利于鸡毛菜地上部分干物质的积累。进一步对不同处理组土壤因子进行主成分分析和聚类分析,对土壤质量进行综合评价,结果显示:不同处理组土壤质量差异明显,土壤质量水平高低依次为:I-B-14>I-A-5>I-A-12>I-B-13>CK(对照),表明施加无机解磷微生物菌剂,可提高碱化土壤质量,达到改良碱化土壤的目的,聚类分析结果与主成分综合得分评价结果基本一致。 Through a pot experiment, we studied the effects of inorganic phosphate-solubilizing microorganism on microorganisms, enzyme activities, physicochemical properties and vegetable(Brassica chinensis var. chinensis) growth in the alkaline soil amended with gypsum. The applied inoculants included two inorganic phosphate-dissolving bacteria strains(I-B-13 and I-B-14) and two actinomycete strains(I-A-5 and I-A-12). The results indicated that the amount of soil microorganism, soil enzyme activities, hydraulic conductivity, soil porosity, pH and viable phosphate of alkaline soil were significantly different from control group(amended with gypsum but without any inoculant). Soil enzyme activities, inorganic matter, hydraulic conductivity and soil porosity increased, however, pH values,exchangeable Na+ and exchange sodium contents decreased significantly with original soil. In addition, applying inorganic phosphate-soluble microorganism could increase the vegetable chlorophyll, plant height, leaf quantity and dry matter weight. The principal component analysis was used to evaluate the soil quality.It showed that soil quality was significantly different after applying different inorganic phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms in the alkaline soil.The order of soil quality was as follow: I-B-14>I-A-5>I-A-12>I-B-13>CK. It indicated that the microbial inoculants upgraded considerably the quality of alkaline soil. The results of the cluster analysis were similar with the principal component analysis.
