摘 要: 以墨兰企剑白墨为材料,设计2组L9(34)正交试验,研究了NH4NO3、KH2PO4、6-BA、NAA、AgNO3、GA3等因素对墨兰根状茎分化成苗的影响.结果表明:墨兰根状茎诱导分化出苗需要较高浓度的6-BA,以10mg/L较为适宜;MS培养基的NH4NO3常规含量比较有利于墨兰根状茎分化出苗,1/2倍MS含量的NH4NO3则有利于根状茎的增殖;将培养基中的KH2PO4浓度提高到340mg/L,可促进墨兰根状茎的成苗;AgNO3对墨兰的分化成苗有一定的促进作用;培养基中添加GA3不利于墨兰根状茎的分化出苗. Effects on the plant regeneration of rhizomes from Cymbidium sinense cv. Qijianbaimo were investigated by 2 L9 (34,4 factors and 3 levels) experiments with NH4NO3, KH2PO4, 6BA, NAA, AgNO3 and GA3 in MS medium. The results indicate that higher concentration of 6BA (10mg/L) is needed for differentiation of rhizomes; that the normal content of NH4NO3 and 340 mg/L KH2PO4 in MS medium is favorable to gaining more plantlets, but half content of NH4NO3 is proper to promoting the propagation of rhizomes; and that AgNO3 has some effects on the plant regeneration but adding GA3 in MS medium is disadvantageous to the plant regeneration of rhizomes.
