GFRP-再生混凝土-钢管组合柱轴压力学性能试验研究

摘  要: FRP管-再生混凝土-钢管组合柱作为一种新型组合构件,由外FRP管、内钢管以及两管之间填充的再生骨料混凝土3部分组成,其中再生骨料混凝土的应用,有利于促进建筑结构的绿色化、节能化。通过对21根这种组合柱进行单调轴压试验,研究不同再生骨料替代率及不同FRP管厚度对这种组合结构的轴压力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,该新型组合柱相比于填充普通骨料的双管柱承载力有所下降,但延性却有明显提高,有利于抗震;再生骨料替代率为30%的双管组合构件力学性能较好;同时,相比于FRP约束实心组合柱,再生骨料的双管空心柱也表现出良好的约束效果。 As a novel composite,a FRP-recycled concrete-steel tubular column consists of an outer tube made of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) and an inner tube made of steel,with the space between filled with recycled aggregate concrete(RAC). Especially,the application of RAC on this composite makes a contribution to green and energy-saving building structures. Axial compressive tests were taken on 21 columns to find out the influence of two parameters,the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate and the thickness of FRP tube,on mechanical behavior of specimens. Test results confirm that though the strength of the columns decreased slightly,the ductility of these new columns with RAC improved greatly compared with that of columns with ordinary concrete,especially for the columns with a recycled aggregate replacement ratio of 30%. Meanwhile,the FRP-recycled concrete-steel tubular columns indicate good confinement effects compared with FRP confined RAC columns.
