消能立柱加固单跨框架结构原理与效果分析

摘  要: 针对单跨框架结构提出一种消能立柱加固方案,介绍其构造形式及加固原理,并结合某5层单跨框架结构教学楼的工程算例,采用ETABS和PERFORM-3D分别对原结构及消能立柱加固结构进行多遇地震下的弹性时程分析和罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,并对消能立柱中钢柱与剪切钢板阻尼器的刚度比、对结构的附加刚度比进行罕遇地震作用下的参数分析。结果表明:1消能立柱加固单跨框架结构的加固原理明确、可行,具有良好的加固效果;2多遇地震作用下,消能立柱加固增大了结构的抗侧刚度、冗余度及抗震防线,可有效控制原结构的层间位移角以满足规范要求;罕遇地震作用下,消能立柱可有效控制单跨框架结构的整体倒塌破坏,实现了"强柱弱梁"的设计要求;3消能立柱中的钢柱与剪切钢板阻尼器的刚度比宜取2或3;4消能立柱对结构的附加刚度比建议选取1~1.5之间。 This paper proposed a new strategy of adding energy-dissipated column for retrofit of single span frame structures, and introduced its basic construction along with strengthening mechanism. Based on the practical engineering case of a five-storey single span frame structure(i.e. school building), the software ETABS and PERFORM-3D were used to conduct comparative analyses of the original structure and the retrofitted structure with energy-dissipated columns through time-history method under frequent earthquake and rare earthquake, respectively, and then to make the parametric analysis of different horizontal stiffness ratio between supporting column and damper, along with the added stiffness ratio between energy-dissipated columns and bare frame under rare earthquake. The analysis results indicate that:(a) the strengthening mechanism for this retrofit strategy of adding energy-dissipated columns to single span frame structure is clear and available, which is of well-performed retrofit effect.(b) the energy-dissipated columns can provide the extra lateral stiffness, redundancy and seismic lines for the original structure to control its inter- storey drifts under frequent earthquake, and protect the single span frame structure from serious damages or even collapse by acquiring the design concept of 'strong column and weak beam' under rare earthquake.(c) the horizontal stiffness ratio between supporting column and damper in the energy-dissipated column is recommended to be 2 or 3.(d) the added stiffness ration between energy-dissipated columns and bare frame is suggested to have a value between 1 and 1.5.
