摘 要: 首先对现有的汽轮机变工况热力计算方法及变工况下级反动度解析式进行了改进。然后,利用改进的变工况热力计算方法及反动度解析式对CC12汽轮机低真空供热后的最末级反动度及整个汽轮机轴向推力进行了计算。结果表明低真空供热后,只要背压在0.05MPa以下,不会出现末级反动度和汽轮机轴向推力大于设计值的现象。实际运行结果证明了该结论的正确性。 In this paper, the existing thermal performance calculating methods for steam turbines at off-design conditions and the analytical expression for degree of reaction are improved. Then, the new thermal performance calculating methods and expression are used to calculate the degree of reaction of the last stage and the whole end thrust of CC12 type steam turbine heat supplying with low vacuum. The calculating results indicate that so long as the back pressure lower than 0.05MPa, the degree of reaction of the last stage and the whole end thrust can't be greater than these at design conditions. This conclusion is proved by the operating results in practice.
