摘 要: 迄今为止,机械工程界对螺旋传动机构仅研究和使用了输入旋转、输出直线运动的一面,很少系统地研究其另一面,即输入直线运动时,输出旋转运动,这也是一种基本传动。着重于研究这种传动的原理、传动计算、结构优化,并针对工程应用实例进行关键结构参数的优化,根据传动机构振动性能的要求,利用MCAE软件的有限元分析模型对这种新型传动机构进行了动态性能的研究。 Nowadays the screw transmission is studied and applied, but it is limited to one facet that the output member is linear motion when the input member is rotating motion. Little has been done for the opposite facet that the output member is rotating motion when the input member is linear motion, which is an elementary style of transmission. The principle of the transmission, kinesis, and an optimization of structure is studied mainly. As an example, the special ball screw transmission mechanism is optimized with key parameters and is trial-manufactured. On account of dynamic performances of the mechanism, the mechanism is studied with the method of the finite element model by the software MCAE.
