摘　　要： 目的 :探讨苯巴比妥在化学致癌物启动的大鼠肝癌癌前病灶中的促癌作用。方法 :建立大鼠肝癌促进模型 ,以肝脏的大体形态观察、病理组织学改变和医学图像分析等方法观察苯巴比妥在大鼠肝癌前病变细胞增生灶中所起的作用。结果 :苯巴比妥能够使大鼠肝癌癌前病灶中细胞平均面积增加以及细胞凋亡率降低。结论 :苯巴比妥可以通过促进细胞增生和抑制细胞凋亡两种途径来促进大鼠肝癌癌前细胞增生灶的数量和密度 ,从而促进肿瘤的形成。 Objective:To investigate the promoting effect of phenobarbital on rat liver precancerous lesion by chemical carcinogen-initiated liver tumor model in rats.Methods:The rat liver tumor was initiated firstly,the effect of phenobarbital was then studied by macroscopical observation,histopathological observation and medical image analysis .Results:The average area of the rat liver hyperplastic focus was increased,and the cell apoptosis rate was decreased.Conclusion:Phenobarbital promotes the quantity and density of rat liver precancerous hyperplastic foci by accelerating cell proliferation and suppressing cell apoptosis.
