摘　　要： 长庆气田引进国外脱水设备 ,实行小站脱水、干气输送的工艺。在该工艺中 ,脱水橇三甘醇脱水剂在循环中携带的闪蒸气最终被完全排入大气 ,既污染环境 ,又不经济 ,为此我们进行了闪蒸气利用改造。将闪蒸气作为脱水橇重沸器的主燃料 ,取得了良好的社会、经济效益。 Changqing Gas Field Co.imported dehydration equipment to carry out the process of dehydration at little station and dry gas transportation.In this process,flashing gas,contained in circulating TEG in dehydration equipment,is entirely vented to atmosphere and severely pollutes environment.After a series of analysis and studies,flashing gas is used as a main fuel gas of dehydration equipment reboiler,which not only reduces environmental pollutions but also greatly increases economical benefit.
