摘 要: 试验选用90头体重为7.8±1.0kg的三元(大白×长白×北京黑)杂种仔猪,通过研究不同饲粮赖氨酸水平(1.0%、1.1%、1.2%、1.4%和1.5%)对仔猪生长表现、血清尿素氮及游离赖氨酸浓度的影响,确定仔猪适宜的赖氨酸需要量。结果表明,在中国实际生产条件下,8~20kg仔猪的赖氨酸建议需要量为1.1%~1.2%;且随饲粮赖氨酸水平提高,仔猪料重比呈线性降低(P<0.0004),每克赖氨酸增重量也呈线性降低(P<0.001),血清游离赖氨酸浓度呈线性升高(P<0.006)。 In order to determine the optimum lysine requirement for8~20kg pigs,ninety piglets with an average of body weight7.8±1.0kg(Large White×Landrace×Beijing Black)were used to investigate effects of dietary lysine levels(1.0%?1.1%?1.2%?1.4%and1.5%)on growth performance,serum urea nitrogen and serum free lysine contents.The results showed that lysine requirement of8~20kg piglets was1.1%~1.2%in Chinese practical condition;with the elevation of lysine level in diets,feed conversion efficiency gradually improved(Linear,P<0.0004),daily gain per gram lysine gradually decreased(Linear,P<0.0001),serum free lysine contents slightly increased(Linear,P<0.006).
