摘 要: 本文通过录像解析的研究方法 ,对跳远全程助跑、全程助跑起跳与完整跳远进行运动学比较。结果表明 :全程助跑不起跳练习手段因与完整跳远助跑技术动作存在较大的运动学差异 ,且割裂了助跑与起跳结合这一跳远的核心关键技术部分 ,所以不应采用该手段作跑练习的方法 ;全程助跑起跳练习手段与完整跳远的相应技术部分的运动学数据相近 ,且专项强度更高 ,所以可作专项练习手段。 By analyzing the video records, the author studied the three components to the technique of long jump run-up, take off and stride from the Kinematics' point of view. Results show that the training method of run-up without stride ignores the fact that run-up and stride are both crucial and inseparable techniques of a long jump Therefore, such a method should not be used. The training method that combines run-up and stride is better supported by the technical index of Kinematics, thus, is more reliable to be used as a method to improve athletes specific teniaues and should be recimmended as training method of long jump.
