摘 要: 按等浓度对数间距0.2设置毒物四氯化碳(CCl_4)浓度对杜氏盐藻进行了毒性实验,根据细胞的生长以及β-胡萝卜素含量的变化,观察CCl_4对盐藻的毒性效应。结果表明,CCl_4浓度小于0.13%时对盐藻生长及β-胡萝卜素累积几乎没有影响。盐藻对CCl_4的最大耐受浓度为0.20%。CCl_4浓度达到0.32%时,5天之后造成细胞全部死亡和β-胡萝卜素累积消失。 A toxicity experiment on Dunaliella salina was conducted by using a series of CCl4 samples whose concentrations were of equal space logarithmically, to study the toxicity of CCl4 through observing the variation of cell growth and of the β-carotene content. The results show that no significant variation took place when the CCl4 concentration was under 0. 13% ; the maximum tolerance was 0. 20% ; when the concentration reached 0. 32% , in 5 days all the cells died and the accumulation of (3-carotene disappeared.
