摘 要: 冷轧压下率对IF钢的深冲性能有重要的影响。采用两次冷轧,在总压下率一定的情况下,两次冷轧压下率的分配是影响IF钢深冲性能的关键。通过冷轧实验,得出在总压下率一定时,两次冷轧比一次冷轧的塑性应变比r值要高;总压下率一定,一次冷轧压下率较小,两次冷轧压下率较大时,可使r值提高;同时,冷轧总压下率提高,也可使r值提高。 The reduction rate of cold rolling has important effect for drawability of IF steel.The assigning of reduction rate in cold rolling is key for drawability in twotime cold rolling when total reduction rate is steady.It is proved by the test that Plastic strain ratio rvalues is higher in twotime cold rolling than in onetime cold rolling at the same total reduction rate.If total reduction rate is steady,rvalues is higher when the second reduction rate of cold rolling is larger than the first.If total reduction rate increases,the rvalues increase.
