摘 要: 通过苗期和孕穗开花期低温处理,对3个水稻品种(品系)的结实性状进行比较分析表明,苗期耐寒性强的越冬稻在孕穗开花期并不耐寒,而苗期不耐寒的丰优早11号在孕穗开花期却表现出较强的耐寒性,但苗期低温处理对这两个品种(品系)特别是后者在正常温度下开花结实有利;苗期耐寒性较强的94早816在孕穗开花期的耐低温能力也较强,但苗期低温处理会造成它在正常温度下开花时结实率下降.因此衡量一个水稻品种或组合的耐寒性强弱,要看它在多个生育阶段感受低温时对后期结实性状的影响. By low temperature treatment to three rice varieties (lines) at the seedling and /or booting and flowering stages, analyses to the characteristic of their seed setting demonstrated: Yue-Dong-Dao, growing with the high tolerance to cold treatment at the seedling stage, had the lowest seed setting rate if treated by low temperature at the booting and flowering stage, while contrary results were obtained to the variety Feng-You-Zao 11, but cold treatment at the seedling stage facilitated both of them reach higher seed setting rate at the natural temperatur condition. especially to the latter. 94-Zao-816, growing with the mid-tolerance among them at the seedling stage, showed the much higher rate of seed setting than Yue-Dong-Dao, but lower than Feng-You-Zao 11; by cold treatment at the booting and flowering stage, however cold treatment at the seedling stage declined its seed setting rate even if it flowered under the condition of normal temperature. Therefore that high or low tolerance to cold a rice variety or hybrid combination is qualified must be analyzed by the influence of cold treatment on the seed setting rate at more than one stage during its life.
