摘　　要： 给出了一种改进的Newton迭代法,可以求多项式方程的不论是单根还是复根的所有根,并证明了这种方法的收敛阶为4。 This paper gives a generalized Newton iterative method for simultaneous determination all of the roots of a polynomial eqution, whether simple roots or repeated roots. This method is of order 4. It's an improvement on general Newton iterative method of ordrer 4.
