摘 要: 工业危险固体废物在进行安全填埋前,需要进行固化/稳定化处理。文章针对皮革厂和线路板厂含重金属的水处理污泥用不同比例的水泥、粉煤灰进行固化/稳定化处理。为模仿酸雨环境,浸出实验采用TCLP标准。线路板厂污泥单独固化时,其浸出液铜离子浓度由2580mg/L下降为315mg/L,但仍高于危险废物允许进入填埋区的控制限值(50mg/L)。线路板厂污泥与皮革厂污泥混合后固化,浸出毒性明显降低。铜离子的浸出浓度降到1.9mg/L,大大低于国家危险废物允许进入填埋区的控制限值,可直接进行填埋。 Industrial hazardous waste should be stabilized/solidified before landfilling to minimize toxicity. In this paper, solidification and leaching test was conducted on heavy metal ions contained in sewage sludge from waste water treatment process of circuit board factories and tan yards cement and fly ash were used as stabilizing agent. To simulate acid raining environment, TCLP method was used in soaking test. When sludge from circuit board factories was solidated alone, concentration of copper ion in leaching solution was reduced from 2580 mg/L to 315 mg/L, which was still higher than the permitted upper limit of landfill, 50 mg/L. When sludge of a circuit board factory was solidated together with sludge tan yards, concentration of copper ion in leaching solution decreased to 1.9 mg/L. All hazardous components were much lower than the permitted upper limit of landfill.
