摘 要: 以汽车精密插接件的开发为例 ,引入虚拟制造技术的概念 ,阐述了利用虚拟制造技术进行精密注塑摸 C3P系统集成的过程。将该系统应用于河南天海电器 (集团 )公司的生产实际 ,实现了公司的跨部门项目管理和并行开发平台 ,取得了很好的经济效益 。 In this paper, the conception of Virtual Manufacturing Technology is introduced, and the process of C3P system for injection moulds by Virtual Manufacturing Technology is presented with the example of designing precision motor connector parts. The system has been put into the productive practice in Henan Tianhai Electric (Group) Corporation, which realizes the project management in different departments and concurrent engineering in the company. It makes great economic benefits and puts forward some ways for enterprises to realize integration of information system.
