摘　　要： 概述了高温钎焊金刚石工具的发展起源,介绍了高温钎焊金刚石工具的制作工艺及方法。并与电镀工具进行了对比,其性能比电镀工具优异得多。在总结国内外研究的基础上,提出了今后研究过程中亟待解决的问题,展望了高温钎焊金刚石工具的发展前景。 This paper have reviewed the development of the high-temprature brazing diamond tools ,The technology and method are introduced. It's properties are superior to the electroplated tools. On the base of summing up the present research .giving the prospect of the high-temprature brazing diamond tools.
