摘 要: 分析了一个三相SCR整流桥产生差模传导干扰的机理;采用频域法得到了整流桥在电网侧引起的传导干扰计算公式;讨论了一些常用的抑制措施;比较了计算结果和实验结果。实验证明了该计算方法的有效性。相对于时域仿真分析提出的频域法,计算时间更短,更容易推广到其它电力电子装置的EMI计算中去。 This paper analyzes the EMI generated from a threephase SCR Rectifier and proposes some common reduction measure.According to the switching function,the noise equivalent circuit is obtained.Based on this equivalent circuits,the noise spectrum calculation can be performed in frequencydomain.The experiment results shown the validity of the calculation.Since the calculation is in the frequencydomain, it doesn't need many parasitical parameters and the calcuation time can be greatly decreased compared with the timedomain simulation.
