摘 要: 介绍MCV -H10 0加工中心数控系统的设计 ,分析数控系统的结构、输入输出信号连接、梯形图设计 ,并对加工中心调试程序及解决机床爬行和振动问题作了阐述。 The NC system designing of MCV-H100 machining center is introduced in his paper. The constructions NC systems, the signal input and output linked and ladder graph designing are analyzed. In addition, adjustment steps of machining center and solved crawling and vibration of machine tool are described.
