摘 要: 为改善普通高强混凝土的抗裂及耐久性能,本课题组研发了一种新型钢纤维聚合物结构混凝土(SFPSC),并应用于大跨度桥梁上部结构。为了进一步探讨该类新材料的环境疲劳/耐久性能,考虑我国南方和沿海地区桥梁服役时的湿热环境影响,设计了不同的湿热条件(室温大气环境、50℃和80%R·H、50℃和90%R·H)对SFPSC试件进行预处理后,实施了三点弯曲疲劳实验,获得了SFPSC的应力-疲劳寿命(S-N)曲线,并给出了其疲劳方程。研究结果表明,湿热环境对SFPSC的疲劳性能影响较大,高温高湿会导致其疲劳寿命降低。 In order to improve cracking resistance and durability of ordinary high strength concrete,a new material named'steel fiber polymer structural concrete(SFPSC)'was developed by this research group and is already applied in the superstructure of large-span bridge.In order to get further insight into the fatigue/durability properties of this new material in hot-wet environment in the southern parts and coastal areas of China,different hot-wet environmental conditions were designed(room temperature &atmospheric environment,50℃ &80% R·H,50℃ &90% R·H etc.),and threepoint bending fatigue experiment was carried out for SFPSC specimens subjected to pretreatment.Stress-fatigue life(S-N)curve and fatigue equation of SFPSC were obtained.Results show that hotwet environment has great effect on fatigue properties and durability of SFPSC,and high temperature and humidity can lead to fatigue life reduction.
