摘　　要： 高等学校教研室是教学改革的前沿阵地,加强教研室研修工作有利于新的教育理念与方法的传播,有助于解决高等教育实践中的一些具体问题,有效提升教师的教育专业化素养。但是,目前高等农业院校教研室研修活动存在一些共性问题:教学理念滞后,教学法交流少;欠缺团队精神,合作意识不强;活动缺少主题,针对性相对差;研修动力不足,对话机制欠缺;研修模式单一,活动效果较差。因此,高等农业院校需要构建双向互助研修模式、集中主题式研修模式、多向互动研修模式和开放式网络研修模式等高质量的教研室研修模式,整体提升教师专业水平,提高高等农业院校各专业教学质量。 The teaching and research section of colleges and universities, as the forward position of teachingl reform, has every reason to strengthen its research and study: strengthening the work of research and study in a reasrch and study section helps for the spreading of new educational ideas and methods, for the solving of concrete issues that involve in the development of higher education and for the effective promotion of teachers' professional quality as well. Nevertheless, many shortages exist in the work of research and study of the teaching and research section, such as advanced concepts on teaching, teaching methods exchanging, team spirits, definite themes, strong initiatives, effective dialogue mechanisms, various patterns for research and study,etc.. Models for reseasrch and study based on the research and study section in agricultural colleges and universities are suggested to be constructed, such as mutual assistance, theme-based research and study,interactive research and study and Internet-based research and study, in the hope of upgrading the teachers' professional and teaching quality.
