摘 要: 以广东财经大学为例,探讨了高校推行校院二级管理体制改革的实验室建设与管理创新问题。从实验室体系、建设模式、建设流程、评估考核体系等方面探讨完善和创新实验室建设和管理的方法和途径,以期提高建设和管理的综合效益,推动二级管理体制改革。 This paper is intended to explore effective ways of innovation and perfection to cope with the new situation in the laboratory construction and management,taking Guangdong University of Business Studies as an example.It covers a series of issues such as the mode of laboratory management,laboratory construction pattern and procedures,laboratory evaluation system,etc.,to hope that comprehensive benefits can be increased to promote the two-level management reform.
