摘 要: 转子系统设计涉及因素较多,且相互制约,为此开展了转子系统优化设计研究,拟通过设计使转子系统具有良好的动态特性,达到控制振动水平的目的。在Ansys5.6平台上,用预应力法进行了转子系统动力学优化设计研究,并针对某汽轮发电机组转子系统的模型进行了优化设计。 When designing a rotor string, the concerned factors are numerous and mutually restricting. We have therefore instituted a study on optimizing the design of rotor strings, so that their dynamic properties may be satisfactory and let vibration levels get under control. Dynamically optimized designing of rotor strings has been studied on the Ansys 5.6 platform using the prestress method, and put to use in case of the optimized design of the rotor string model of a certain steam turbinegenerator set.
