摘　　要： 思想政治教育的核心是人的发展,思想政治教育要走出"说教不灵、效力疲软"的困境就要切实秉承"以人为本"的教育理念,使思想政治教育回归生活世界,同时借助于现代科学技术和社会力量,使思想政治教育更加完善。 The core of ideological and political education is human development.To walk out of the predicament as "Didactic problems,weak effect",the concept of"human-oriented"should be received and ideological and political education should return to the life world.Modern science and technology and social forces should be used to perfect the education of ideology and politics.
