摘　　要： 随着经济的发展,人们的经济水平不断提高,对衣食住行的要求也越来越高。食品行业发展迅速,营养强化食品兴起,相比较一些发达国家,我国的营养强化工作虽然起步较晚,但营养强化食品的发展已经进入一个新的阶段。基于此,对我国营养强化食品发展的历史与现状进行概括,就营养强化食品发展中存在的问题及其发展趋势进行综合分析。 With the development of economy,people's economic level continues to improve,the basic necessities of life are increasingly high requirements. Food industry is developing rapidly,nutritional fortified foods rise,compared to some developed countries,China's nutrition to strengthen the work though started late,but now stage nutrition fortified foods has entered a new historical stage of development,this paper for strengthening our nutrition food development history and the present wae summarized,fortified the problems existing in the development of food and its development trend were comprehensive analyzed.
