摘 要: 用DSC方法研究了三种不同质量聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片非等温结晶动力学。结果表明,PET切片都很好遵循Avrami方程和Ziabicki方法描述冷却速率对聚合物结晶形态的影响。PET切片中增加二甘醇(DEG)含量,可降低切片结晶速率,使熔融结晶温度向低温方向移动。结晶速率小,结晶温度低的切片,不一定结晶能力小。 The kinetics of nonisothermal crystallization of PET with different quality has been investigated by DSC. The results show in the range of cooling rate of 2.5 to 20 K/min, that the kinetics of nonisothermal crystallization of PET with different quality is fitted for Avrami equation quite well. Based on Maudelkern and Eialaickt theories, the kinetic crystallizability(Gc) has been determined, Gc was cooling rate dependant. The temperatures of crystallization peak of PET move towards tower temperatures with the increase of the cooling rate. The crystallization rate decreases with DEG increasing.
