摘 要: 以供应链成本为目标函数分别建立了战略层子模型和运作层子模型,并对这两层子模型进行集成,建立了供应链计划调度的集成模型。以一啤酒厂为实例,用GAMS软件对模型进行了迭代优化求解。结果表明,供应链战略层和运作层的集成,能综合反映供应链的运作效果,有助于设计出好的供应链系统,并且GAMS可较好地求解混合整数规划问题。 The objective function of the supply chain strategic and operational sub-model is to minimize the cost of the supply chain. Integrating the two sub-models, a supply chain planning/scheduling model was put forward and solved by GAMS using an iterative method. At last, the integrated supply chain mode! was applied to a beer plant. The results showed the proposed model reflects supply chain's effect comprehensively and aids in the design efficency of supply chain system. Moreover, GAMS is a good tool to solve MIP problems.
