摘 要: 应用标准κ-ε双方程模型与低雷诺数Jones-Launde κ-ε模型分别对3种具有不同母线配置的铝电解槽中的铝液流场进行了数值模拟,并与工业测试结果进行了比较,标准κ-ε方程模型略优。对雷诺数、湍流雷诺数以及哈特曼准数的定量计算结果表明,哈特曼准数较好地表征了电磁力对铝液湍流运动的抑制作用。 The standard κ-ε model and low Reynolds number Jones-Launder κ-ε model were adopted to simulate the flow field of metal melt in three aluminum reduction cells with different anode risers. Comparing the results of measurements, the standard κ-ε model is more appropriate than the low Reynolds number Jones-Launder κ-ε model. The quantitatively calculated results of Hartman number, Reynolds number and the turbulent Reynolds number show that Hartman number expresses well the function that electromagnetic force inhibits turbulence of metal melt motion.
