摘　　要： 对收集保存的 83份二倍体广东桑种的果桑种质资源和人工诱导广东桑实生苗获得的 2 2份四倍体果桑种质材料进行了桑椹经济性状和理化性状初步研究。最早熟品种的成熟期为 2月 15日～ 3月 10日 ,最迟熟品种的成熟期为 3月 2 5日～ 4月 2 0日 ;单芽座果数 2～ 12粒 ,果长 2 8～ 7 5cm ,果径 1 2～ 3 0cm ,单果重 2 0～ 17 0g ;桑果出汁率、糖度、酸度、pH和色素含量除与品种特性有关外 ,还受气候条件影响。 Primary study of economic and chemical physical characters of sorosis has been done on 83 diploid resources, and 22 tetraploid resources which induced from Guangdong mulberry (M. atropurpurea Roxb) seedling. The earliest and the latest ripening period are from 15 th February to 10 th March, and from 25 th March to 20 th April respectively. The number of fruit of single bud is from 2 to 12. Fruit length is from 2 8 to 7 5 cm and width is from 1 2 to 3 0 cm. Single fruit weight is from 2 0 to 17 0 g. The juice rate, sugar percentage, acid percentage, pH and pigment content are not only related to the race character, but also affected by the climate condition.
