摘 要: 对 5龄家蚕不同饲育方式的蚕座微生态环境进行了观察与分析 ,发现 5龄地面条桑育蚕座中的温度、湿度 ,不良气体 (CO2 、N2 O)的含量 ,微生物的消长情况 ,以及蚕座结构对蚕儿行为的影响等因素形成的微生态环境 ,均优于片叶育蚕座 ,且在高温季节愈加明显。据此揭示了条桑育比片叶育的桑叶利用率高 。 This experiment analyzed the influence of mulberry shoot and leaves rearing methods on micro ecological environment in the fifth instar. The investigated factors were temperature, relative humidity, content of adverse gases, growth and decline of microorganism in feaces and the behavior of silkworm. The results showed that the micro ecological environment of shoot rearing is superior to that of leaf rearing, especially under high temperature and relative humidity season. It revealed the factors which raise utilization rate of mulberry leaf and silkworm cocoon yield when the silkworms were reared with shoot.
