摘 要: 饼是古代面食的总称。汤饼又称作(?)饱,与面条相似。馄饨和饺子是由有馅的饼分化演变而成,又称作扁食。油饼也可称作饨,(?)(麦主)即油煎酥饼。(?)(?)似亦为饼属,也可能虽属稻米类食品,但人们也习以饼属视之。从饼、(饣乇)、馄饨、扁食、(?)(麦主)、(?)(?)等词的称呼亦可看到古今面食品演变之一斑。 There are some Cooked wheaten food, such as cake, noodle, dumpling soup, etc:. Among them there are different relations in varying degrees from ancient to modern. According to historical records, we discuss the evolution of these food words in this paper.
